We offer support for people in their own homes who require help in order to remain living independently and maintain their quality of life. We tailor our services to suit the wishes and needs of our clients at times that suit them.
We believe in empowering people through the principles of empathy, integrity, respect and a genuinely caring attitude and consider these essential qualities in all the carers we employ.

At Better Care at Home we pride ourselves on providing clients with tasty, nutritious meals made the way our clients like them.
Our staff take pride in serving sensible portions of well balanced, thoughtfully presented food. It takes no longer whisking up a tasty omelette than it does to ping a ready meal!

All of our staff live locally. We are very selective regarding who we employ and take our time to ensure we find the right people.
Our staff comes from a variety of backgrounds. Several of our carers have had successful careers withi the NHS and many have had extensive previous experience in care.
All our new staff are DBS checked and are trained in accordance with current guidelines.
We believe that continued professional development is essential in the work we do and fund further training for all our staff to diploma level and beyond.
We observe a 6 month probationary period for all new staff.
